Our "Haus Lappland" is located in northern of Sweden, about 100km south of the Arctic Circle. It's a typical Swedish house, located directly on the lake of Abborrträsk.

There you have the feeling to be on its own, but is still in the village with neighbors.

The 150 qm home with 2100 square meters of land and individually standing double garage has 2 floors and a basement.
Our house offers space for 4 people with 2 bedrooms. However, further sleeping options in the basement and living room are possible for up to 7 beds.

The ground floor is divided into a hallway, guest toilet, kitchen and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. The living room has a fireplace and air conditioning..

In the basement is a modern bathroom with shower,, toilet, vanity and washing mashine, as well as a spacious anteroom with additional sleeping space and utility rooms.

Our house is a Non smoking house and equipped for self catering.

On the spacious, covered veranda you can be enchanted by the silence and the nature of Lapland.

In winter, unique auroras are almost guaranteed.



A sauna with Relaxearea and showers, as well a fitness room is 50m near in community house.

Abborrträsk offers a small food shop with a petrol station, a summer swimming pool, minigolf course and an entertainment stage, auto repair shop and a community house.

In 15 minutes you are in the nearest city Arvidsjaur where you will find more shopping and cultural activities, as well as a church, train station and the historic Lappstaden (old Sami village).

Fishing or even ice fishing in the winter you can go directly on the lake behind our house. Fishing licenses are available at the store of Abborrträsk.

In the summertime, you can discover the area around by foot or by quad. Enjoy a tour in the Old Forest of Lapland.

The region around Arvidsjaur has 4000 lakes.

Just around Abborrträsk are 365 romantic lakes in which the evening and in the early morning moose are observed.



Another highlight is a day on the white beach of Piteå, reached after 1.5 hours of driving to the Gulf of Bothnia.

In winter you can explore the area with a snowmobile or with a husky sled and thereby to make a cup of tea or coffee over the fire in the forest in the old Sami huts.

For ski enthusiasts, located in Vittjakk and Slognäs ski resorts for downhill and cross country skiing.

Our house service welcomes you on the day of arrival in the house and is during your stay contact person.

At the airport and in Arvidsjaur, you have the possibility to rent a car.
